Membership FAQs
No, there is no membership fee to enroll. To start your program, we need to put your credit card on file so that we can charge your credit card on the first of the month for your initial payment. The spa credit for your final month will be released to you upon 30 days cancellation notice. If notice is not given within 30 days, final spa credit is forfeited.
Your Skin Luxe Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month with your payment.
Your Skin Luxe Membership payment will be billed on the 1st of each month.
You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, you will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of 1 year. If you are a member of more than regular 4 billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services until they are all used. These spa credits have no cash value and will not be refunded. You may apply the dollar value of the credits toward any full-priced service. Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on retail products other services. If notice is not given within 30 days, the final spa credit will be forfeited.
Your Skin Luxe Membership pricing cannot be shared. We will offer a special 10% off regular pricing for friends and family non-members. Members must be present and receiving services the same day as their friends or family members.
Yes, we encourage you to use your services each month in the month they are billed. Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month you may carry it over and use two the next month. Services are only valid for up to 3 months.
We know life’s events happen beyond our control. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance on our booking system as soon as you can. Rule of thumb is if you think you may not be able to keep the appointment, cancel it. Should things change, you can always call that day and see if any appointments are available.
